Returns and refunds

Because SOVRN is a consumable product, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including opened or unopened tubs.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at ant@getsovrn.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled anytime from your account before your next order is processed. Orders already processed can't be refunded.
