Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from the Gold Coast, Queensland, via Australia Post.

Subscription orders get free standard shipping on every delivery. One-off orders are $9 for standard shipping or $15 for Express. Delivery times are as estimated by Australia Post and typically 2 to 7 business days for standard and 1 to 3 business days for Express, depending on your location.

Pre-sale orders placed before our public launch will be dispatched in early September, in the order they were received. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when your order is dispatched.

Subscription orders are dispatched every 30 days. Your first subscription order ships with the pre-sale batch, and your next order is processed 30 days after that.

We don't currently ship outside Australia.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email ant@getsovrn.com.au and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
